13 years ago we had our first visit from Becca and her fabulous Beanies Coffee van. Very quickly it felt as if she was an essential part of the team and we looked forward to our daily fix of a damn fine cup of coffee and Stella* eagerly awaited a daily dog biscuit or two (or three…)
In spite of the sometimes ‘challenging’ British weather and occasional world pandemic, she always arrived with a smile and it was with mixed feelings that we heard of her plans to move her business into fixed premises in Ely and open Beanies Vegan Coffee Hub. Sad that we would miss her daily visits but happy and excited for her new venture.
Her last visit was an emotional affair with flowers, virtual hugs and, of course, coffee and, as a thank you, we printed the sign for her new shop.
